A graduate of Cathal Brugha Street, Andrew has spent 18 years working in the Hospitality Industry. Having worked in a range of international destinations including Dubai, France, America, Australia and New Zealand, along with a three year spell in the luxury cruise industry, he returned to Dublin in 2015. Initially working as Food and Beverage Manager for the Hilton brand, he took over as General Manager of Fire Restaurant on Dawson street for three years, before moving onto The Westbury Hotel as Hotel Manager.
A keen traveller and food enthusiast, he loves to visit new venues to see how trends are constantly evolving. He is delighted to be heading up the team at House, and is particularly excited about bringing something new and unique to the Dublin hospitality scene
